Received inspects goods the notice,factory (items XXX) the production type a moment ago with before sends is different for the buyer confirmation type color.The enclosed product picture,left chart for the confirmation type,color isthe belt green,the right chart for production type,color entire is the green.

After understanding if needs the entire batch of revision the speech,factory to take date of delivery in July at least which 15 days time can complete,that to catch up with originally settles August.

According to inspected goods the repayment,product whole effect is does not have the question,only is compares the original sample the color to be deep, had hoped you could with buyer explain, asks them to accept the present sample the color.

Dear XXX,
We just received a notice from the goods inspector, he found that the
production (Item XXX) from one of the factories has a different color from
the one the buyer requested. Attached please find some photos. The one on
the left has the requested color, it has a shade of green, and the one on the right
is from the production, it's all in green.

If it is confirmed that we need to be redo them, the factory would need at
least 15 days. And that wouldn't meet the original agreed delivery date of 8 July 08.
According to the goods inspectors, the quality of the production is fine, only
the color is off. Would you please try to explain to the buyer, and hope they
can accept the production as is.
