1. Isomalt的中文叫法藝術糖, 整出好似珊瑚般糖的裝飾, 所以又叫珊瑚糖.2. 朱古力轉印紙只可以用係朱古力上.

1) it is two different things a) isomalt for baking b) hot sugar syrup whip in royal icing.
2) transfer sheet only used in chocolate decoration. No other way work with them.
