Sushi lovers?...Reccomendations?

I love to eat any kind of American sushi and I'm going to a sushi restaurant tomorrow night and would love to try some new things, but nothing too extreme from what I'm used to...I'd like to try some raw stuff....any suggestions???

My favorites are the dynamite roll, volcano roll, dancing eel roll (or any eel roll in general), spider roll, and pretty much anything tempora is tasty

spicy tuna is pretty safe, but anything with yellow tail is usually tasty, philly roll is awesome! not quite sushi but still yummy...any tempura roll, or crab roll

Try a salmon and avocado roll and fresh wasabi. So good.

order the rolls, they are the safest. If you want to try something new, ask the chef for their fish of the day and order one piece of that in sushi.

I like shrimp tempura, fried w/ soy paper. It's unusual for sushi- it's served warm, because it is fried. Most places drizzle a warm dark brown sauce over it.
