Return to sender in Gmail or outlook express? Is there a way?

I'm trying to set up my gmail or outlook express so I can block a SPECIFIC email, AND it HAS TO have a reply message "return to sender" thing attached

I have an ex girlfriend I want her emails to me to be RETURNED with an auto message that says basically GO AWAY, but I want to make sure she gets the message from an automatic returned email auto response. I don't just want to send her messages to the spam folder, It's important that she knows that I'm not reading her messages. Can anyone tell me how to do this with gmail or outlook express?

I am not sure if GMail has the function (couldn't find it), so the next best thing is to:

1. Create a secondary email account and setup auto-responder message.
2. Use the filters in your GMail account to forward her emails to that other account.
