economics question!!! help..?

The poorest person on earth must first focus on daily survival as mentioned by previous answerers; food, clothing & health of his family.

As for the richest wonk on earth, believe it or not, he would be more limited by the general public. We all want what we can't have and are never satisfied. So if what he wants cannot be provided, that is what limits him (or her).

In either case, satisfaction is elusive.

The Poorest Person On Earth

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.

a) the poorest person has to deal with limitation of money and physical resources, such as food and clothing
b) a rich person can buy many things, but one thing he cannot buy is time. He has to deal with opportunity costs regarding what he should do with his time.

Well, the main resource limitation is money. The poorest has none, the richest has all. We could further this by saying that the poorest person on earth has materialistic limitations, while the richest person on earth has conceptual (non-materialistic) limitations. Which limitation is more debilitating, however, is debatable.

Money makes the world go 'round. Remember that.

a) to the poorest person on earth it doesn't matter because he/she had nothing to begin with.
b) to the richest person on Earth, well, trust me, he isn't wanting for anything.
