Day1 - if you plan to climb the bell tower of Notre Dame, make sure you arrive
early. And I suppose you know there is a museum pass, you can buy ahead,
that avoids queues for museums, (except e.g. the bell tower lines) so that could
save you time at Lourve.
If this is your first time to paris, suggest you consider an evening bus tour,
that will take you to nice spots at night. Including many of your day1 and day2
places, so good intro. The one we took is outside close to Lourve (buy in advance).
On Rue de Rivoli, close by the Tuileries metro station.
BTW, close to Notre Dame, on the left bank, there are many nice bistros. I had
the best omelette of my life there!
Day2 - Seems packed, but doable. But you'd have already seen Seine river when
you go to Notre Dame on Day1. Unless you want to do a cruise.
Day3 - I've never been to disney, so don't know
Day4 - Moulin Rouge only comes into real action at night, so you need to
leave early, so not sure. And in that area, there are also many nice small
bistros. To me Lafayette is only "visit-once" kind of place. I could do most
of my shopping off Champs Elysee (toward the end of Arc de Trimph)
George V on Champs Elysee is a little on the high price side (maybe talking
about 50 Euro/person with basic wine), but it's a
great people watching place, and right on Champs Elysee. Also over at
Trocadero, there are several nice
restarurants, also one of the best view of the Effiel Tower.
