冇左隻左手可不可以渣車???運輸署會比牌嗎???
如可以又可否駕駛棍波車輛???
如可駕駛又會對該車有什麼改裝???

運輸署會比牌嗎?yes and free the (all licence free) and per month free the
200 L petrol

如可以又可否駕駛棍波車輛? no. is AT gear.
如可駕駛又會對該車有什麼改裝? eg streering/hand break/
