首先我覺得你在上述二手買賣交收中出現了好大問題.
因為一般情況下,買賣二手樓,你都會在成交前驗一次樓,
覺得單位冇問題才會把尾數過比賣方律師樓,而過數給賣方時,亦會連同鎖匙去交收.
若經律師樓交收鎖匙,若上手業主沒有比鎖匙,律師樓跟本不會過數給賣方.
若經地產代理交收,則地產代理須於你過數給賣方前收到上手業主鎖匙.
所以今次事件上,要弄清楚是當時定明鎖匙由那裡交收,
若經律師樓交收,則責任在律師樓身上,
若經地產代理交收,則責任在地產代理身上,
當然業主都有責任,你可以追討上手業主 律師樓/地產代理.
最後亦都係一樣,即使比了鎖匙給你,你都會換鎖,
要視乎你點睇,若你認為係原則問題,你當然可以追究到底,
但若衹是因為換鎖費用,那我覺得算了,因為追討花時間,花金錢,追到都會陪了律師費.
下次再買樓時小心一點就可以,今次當作一個經驗好了.

買新樓除左信箱鎖匙可以用外, 其他都要自費換的
不過上手業主點都要比返條信箱匙你的
我相信上手業主無理由keep 住把鬼咩, 除非佢都唔見左.

Honestly, even they give you all the keys, I will still change will the locks as well because I don't trust them.
Even they tell you they give you all the keys, do you trust them? I don't think so !
So, I strongly suggest you change the new locks will be the best choice.
Keep all the invoice, send a copy to agent. Agent earn you commission, they need to do something for you.
