快啲睇泌尿科医生啦，可大可小！小則生汗癬，大則白血球過多形成睪丸癌。唔係嚇你，這麽難於啓齒嘅地方，只有医生幫倒你根治。唔通仲問阿媽咩！應該搽吓表面皮膚膏就無事，嚴重就要浸吓開稀咗嘅消毒藥水劑。

一粒粒既肉粒白色野,好痕癢. It seems your skin are allergy in something, this is the reaction maybe your underpant, the soap that you used. Yo have to used 100% cotton made underpant, used neutralized soap or liquid soap.
For the time being, you can buy the cream called Sunnicomb cream that you buy in normal drug store. It is very effective skin cream. Good Luck.
