Reason: 如果您是說:在這些artworks裡, 我是用這個名的. Then you need to use in.
如果您是說:在這些artworks裡, 我是用這個名代替的/成為我的(真)名. Then you need to use for.

i like to include the face of myself in the artwork.
Correction: I would like to attach my picture on the artwork.
Reason: The word face is only mean 臉, 並不=您的圖片.
一個 artwork 是不能放things在裏面(it is not a bag),您只可以放things在上面.

i like to be a part of artwork.
Correction: I would like to be part of the artwork.
Reason: “a”不是必要的, the word“part”already 有“one”的意思在當中.

For men, women in menstrual period are unapproachable, so, do they need a warning sign?

Reason:這句句子裏 in the menstrual period 和 having menstruation 都 work, 不過我覺得 having menstruation 會好一些.
