GLOBAL WARMING (how can this problem be solved?)

Global warming is becoming a big problem. We all should take notice of this problem and act now before it is too late.

Global warming is the rising temperature of the Earth. The Ezrth is getting warmer and warmer because we are doing things that affect the Earth.

The main problem is that there are too many harmful gases in the air. These gases trap the heat and make our Earth warmer because the heat cannot escape.We should stop burning materials and chemicals, and use fewer spray cans such as hairsprays and air fresheners.

A rising temperature of the Earth can affect the weather. We may experience more floods and tornadoes. Also, ice from many cold areas of the world is melting. Polar bears and penguins are losing their home so it may affect animal life too. The Hong Kong Observatory says by 2010, the temperatures of more than 30 nights in a year may be over 28 degrees, compared with just 8 nights now. It takes time to stop global warming, let us work together now!

1. This issue is no longer called Global Warming. It is called Climate Change.

2. We cannot solve an issue like climate change on our own. However, if the whole world was to do something to lower their carbon emissions, it would cut on alot of productivity and millions of dollars would be lost.
