但"婉"字已經唔用.
不過都有發音.
"婉"字發音係エン 或 オン 或 うつく 或 したが
"慧"字係 ケ、イ、エ、さとい
如果拼埋的話: エンイ, エンエ 或 オンイ, オンエ
拼音係: eni, ene or oni, one
邊個好聽就用邊個, 你鐘意就得啦.
不過我覚得用單字"慧"的發音比較好.
你話俾人知你係satoi會比較日本化.

I am sorry, but it is almost impossible to derive a Japanese forename based on "婉慧"
Truth is, the character 婉 is so rarely used in Japanese forenames. Sorry, but I've tried looking this up.
