It must be ''an'' b4 any words that starts with A E I O U .. so

{i am not coming here for lose} should be:

I am not coming here to lose.

{i see a millions guys do what you had just done} should be:

I have seen a million guys who did what you just have done.

{my mum mum (have told that )the failure is someone who give up} should be:

My mother (always tells me that) <~[經常告訴我]one fail when one gives up.

OR

My mother (has told me that) <~[曾經告訴我]one fail when one gives up.

[Using failure as 失敗者 is a bit weird.]

{american got talent is a opportuntity( of a lifetime)} should be:

" American Got Talent " is an opportunity of a lifetime.

[you were right in the parenthesys, but "American Got Talent" is a TV show, you need quotation marks to specify it.
