2) table for ___________ (how many people for a table)?
3) how may i help you?
4) dish introduction........ what would you like to have? western, chinese, shanghainese, japanese etc dishes.

5) when guest say thanks to you..........my pleasure. OR you are welcome.
6) guest leave from your restaurant............ have a nice day. hope to see u again., etc.
Of course, more, more things need to know, practice more, hear and learn more about the food, service, beverage, etc.
