怎樣做忌廉汁？

traditional 忌廉汁 is made of butter, heavy cream, garlic, salt, black pepper, onion.
for mine, I use the cooking olive oil, regular milk, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper. it works. If u can add some chicken and mushroom, it will be more tasty. hope it can help you.

忌廉汁:
蒜茸 1 湯匙、橄欖油 2 湯匙、 忌廉 1/4 杯、鹽適量、胡椒粉適量
