中文「準畢業」，若用英文又應如何表達？

The proper term is graduate-to-be.
其實 乜乜-to-be可用喺準新娘 (bride-to-be)、準醫生 (doctor-to-be)等等。
Nothing offensive, but undergraduate is not the right word.
Undergraduate在歐美只能形容正在修讀大學學士(bachlor's degree)課程的大學生。
