Is this okay to wear in 20 degree celcius weather?

I think if it is super warm, you probably wouldn't be too cozy in the sweater. I really like the shorts, and the tank, but maybe you can wear a polo shirt over the tank, or another cute short sleeve shirt. I actually own a sweater almost the same as the one shown, and it's really cozy but I don't wear it if it's over 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The outfit though, is quite adorable.

I'm not sure how warm 20 Celsius is, but I have that sweater and I get hot wearing it in the winter! The outfit is adorable, but I'd swap the sweater for maybe a short-sleeve version or a cute vest. Hope this helps!

yeah definately. its like 70 degrees so definately. and it will feel warmer to you because its hot for the weather where you live! have fun ;]
