如果被告人唔出席小額法庭，佢又搬左屋，又搵唔到被告人，佢有心走佬，咁有咩辦法要佢還錢？
問過小額識員，佢話無權阻止佢出境，咁個個借完錢就可以玩失蹤

Even the court declare he need to pay. There is no method to force him to pay if he don't pay. The court can do nothing.
