Yes, it is. Cartoon Network is dead for 4 years now. Maybe it should be called as Out of Jimmy's *** or Out of Jimmy's Barf instead.

Most of the new CN-produced shows are crap, huh?Jimmy's Head is probably better than that Sh*t Class of 3000 though.
