what fraction is between 1/4 and 3/5?

OPTION 1: convert them to decimals and them find a numebr between them
---> 1/4=0.25
---> 3/5=0.6
now 0.6-0.25 = 0.35 = 35/100 = 7/20

OPTION 2: make both of their denominators equal(to do this, multiply and divide one fraction with the denominator of the second)
---> 1/4 * 5/5
= 5/20
---> 3/5 * 4/4
= 12/20

now the fractions between 5/20 and 12/20 are 6/20, 7/20, 8/20, 9/20, 10/20, 11/20 and more..!!
