我想問點解好多運動員都會去健身....??
對佢地黎講有咩好呀...??

因為大部份專項運動員都只會活動某部份肌肉,額外既健身訓練,可以段練平常少用既肌肉組。
所以大部份運動員都會以健身訓練補足平常訓練既不足,如足球員會在健身訓練加強上身既訓練。

Most coaches are target training for specific sport and cardio exercie, so atheletes need go to the gym to maintain or improve their physical abilites.

Prevent muscle overuse injuries and keep them not getting bored. Some atheletes use weight training to help them build muscle and power, so it can help them with advantage.

運動係ok.但要有好大恆心同埋堅持去做!
而且運動姿勢唔正確仲好易受傷同埋有反效果!
