-The anterior cruciate ligament is diffusely thickened
and shows increase in T2 signal.Findings could be
due to high garde tear or severe sprain of ligament.
Correlation with stability and clinical findings is
suggested.
-No meniscal tear is detected.Other major ligaments
are intact.
-Moderate joint effusion seen.
-Bone edema is seen at anterior lateral femoral condyle
and posterior tibial plateau,probably relater to anterior
cruciate ligament injury.
