Of course. Other than timepieces the company also makes OA equipment (calculators, label printers, pocket organisers, translators etc.), electronic musical instruments (electronic organs, pianos etc.), digital cameras, PHS mobile phones etc.
But here I presume you are referring to timepieces only. So...
IMO Casio is most well known in making digital timepieces and clocks. Its most successful lineup is of course the G-shock model which has spanned into different series. Data Bank is another classical series which is still favoured by many, (myself included). I would say, when it comes to digital timepieces only a few manufacturers can rival with Casio.
However, Casio faces stiffer competition from other companies when it comes to analogue timepieces. For example, Seiko and Citizen both make very high quality analogue timepieces in both plain and chronographed flavours. These models in general earn more fame than the Casio alternatives, and many of those models are expensive ones which target at the rich and famous (I believe). Those from Casio, however, were generally budget-buy, low-end models.
During the recent years, however, Casio has caught up with the other makers by making very high quality analogue timepieces, such as the MR-G/MT-G series of the G-shock model range, as well as the Oceanus series, which feature full chronograph functions, solar power and radio-controlled timekeeping.
Casio has also retained, improved, and diversified its budget analogue-digital timepieces in various flavours. The analogue part retains timekeeping function while the digital part contains trivial features (eg. multi alarm, dual/world time, stopwatch, timer, full-auto calendar), plus more (tidal/moon graph function, fishing-related features etc.).
