淡cream vs 甜cream

請問...兩者分別係咪只係甜味ja?
如果我要用淡cream 但用哂, 改用甜cream 去做法式焦糖燉蛋得唔得呢..??

當然無問題啦。其實淡忌廉加d糖,就會變成甜忌廉架啦,我見阿
sir 好多時都係咁做架,我之前都係用甜忌廉去做法式焦糖燉蛋都好好味架,你放心做啦。

淡cream is dairy cream - animal fat content.

甜cream is non-dairy cream - vegetable fat content. u can use this cream for creme brulee or cream caramel, but u should reduce the sugar content in recipe.
