atom, 姐係一樣element ge原子, 唔同ge element 會有唔同數量ge electron, 而elecron 的數目就係同proton係一樣ge。 molecule, 簡單黎講好多都可以叫molecule, 大多都係diatomic ge element同埋compund , 好似H2O, 果d就叫molecule。 particle 可以指好多野, 只要係粒子甘ge野都可以叫particle。
睇黎你唔多明咩係covalent bond, covalent bond 係當2種non-metal合埋果時, 佢地之間ge bonding, 係一種幾強ge吸力。 而van fer waal's force, 係係simple molecular structure 到, 係molecule 同molecule 中間, 一種弱ge bonding, 2者係唔同嫁。

你都好係唔多明structure, 你應該搞清楚d concept, structure, 係指一種compund, 佢以咩ge structure 存在, bonding, 係d atom 之間ge bond, 唔同嫁。 structure 有3種, giant ionic, giant covalent, 同埋ginat metallic, 仲有simple molecular structure。佢地有唔同ge特點。 bonding 同structure 係2回事黎嫁。

睇黎, 我真係suggest你搞清楚d concept 先讀chem, atom, 係一樣物質可以做到最細ge form, 而atom 係由proton, neutron 同埋electron組成, particles 只不過係代表粒子, 係atom去組成野的。
ionic bond, 冇錯, 係metal +non-meatal
但係covalent bond, 係non-metal+non-metal
