香港公民和美國公民結婚,申請哪一类簽証,可快些去美國.

最快係K1,約6-9個可以走得.但因為妳近期有申請B2,故有可能被拒.
另外,可以結婚後.申請I130時,同時申請K-3.約18個月.除非懷疑係假緍.否則被拒機會不大.
但兒子唔可以一齊走.另外申請.但當你結婚後,由妳丈夫以公民申請未成年子女.無需輪配額.

another way is you marry now in Hk, your HB file the i-130 for you, it takes about 1 year.
but your son already over 18, non-marry. he needs to file a sperate application. also it takes about 1 year.
your other 21 yrs old son studying in USA, he can change the statue here without go back HK.

if you two more than 20 years apart, you will have some problem for your green card.
