Right to life is a phrase that describes the belief that a human being has an essential right to live, particularly that a human being has the right not to be killed by another human being. The concept of a right to life is central to debates on the issues of capital punishment, euthanasia, self defense, abortion and war. The right to life is enshrined in article 3 of the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, making it a legally enforceable right in every United Nations member state:

Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life.

I basically agree to the previous person.
and there is a difference between human rights, and the right to life.

Human rights, is more physical in your day to day life, for example, your right to vote, your right to speak in your freedom, and the right to be equal in genders....it's a way to help maintain the harmony of society.

Rich and poor, healthy or sick...are all sharing that human rights.

However, the right to life, is a nature way to find reasons to live. for example, a baby who was born sick, or handicapped, or even retarded, they are still having the right to live, and no one should decide for them.

remember people were debating about 安樂死, it's all about the right to life. I hope these examples help you clarified with those concepts.
