Let the equation of the line be y-3=m(x-1)
i.e. mx-y-m+3=0
x=0, y=3-m
y=0, x=(m-3)/m
∴(3-m)[(m-3)/m]/2=6.25
m²-6m+9+12.5m=0
2m²+13m+18=0
(2m+9)(m+2)=0
m=-9/2 or -2
When m=-9/2, equation of L is 9x+2y-15=0
When m=-2, equation of L is 2x+y-5=0
