Firstly, you should measure the revolution per min.(rpm) Afterthat, you can use the equation P=Fv.Therefore, you should have a velocity, v can be find by v=r(rpm), r=radius of the fan.
Then, measure the force(F), F=mr(rpm)square then we have force and velocity. Finally, we can have the power.
