hi there, can u tell me the following:
1.) how old are you?
2.) did your hair just started to grow?
3.) what material is your underwear?
4.) does it appear to have any rash on itchy area?
5.) did u shave your pubic hair?

if u can tell me more, than i might be able to assess you and see whats wrong. dont worry too much for now, try to use slighty less warm water over ur itchy area and wear nice cotton underwear.
