(1) We use DID (which is a past tense) to denote that the event is impossible to happen.
Another example is:
If I were you, I will go and try.
WERE( in past tense) is used above because it is impossible that I can be you.
Therefore, we use a past tense of a verb to show something is impossible.
(2) ABOUT is used and not BY because BY is often used when it is in a passive voice situation.
For example:
His father is surprised by the results.

1. if you use "like", you should add "it" after "like".
My sister 已經doesn't like this activity, so we use "did"

2. We use "by" in passive voice. If you use "by" in this sentence,,it should be like this::::"My father is amazed by my exam results.
