請問如果做按揭的話, 有無話最短年期係幾多? 我聽人講係7年, 有無咁既事?
打算買300萬既樓, 有200萬可以做首期, 餘下100萬問銀行借, 但發問通常都話0的人做7成按揭, 做少0的係咪可以供短0的? 我打算每個月供1萬

The min. Loan tenor is 5yrs. However, this depends on the loan amount, age of property, age of applicaant & the repayment ability.70% is just a maximum Bank offer. You may borrow lower than 70%.
If you borrow HK1,000,000. Every month pay HKD10K. According to the interest offer by the Bank, 2.75%p.a, you have to repay for 10yrs. (every month pay HKD9,518)
