我老闆時常叫我用好聽既說話去追數,現在想請教一吓大家以下的英文點講呢!

1) 煩請貴司今天付清尾數, 因貨品早幾天已出廠了, 現在在我司所租的貨倉內我司每天還要付倉租費用.

2) 請貴司早點安排訂金給我司 , 以用作買料之用, 希望貴司明白體諒.

3) 貴司所需的文件已預備好了, 請安排付款.

4) 希望貴司明白, 若今天我司還未收到入數, 將會影響預期的出貨日期,

5) 因為我們的貨期比較密麻麻, 所以若今天收不到入數我們可能要延期, 對妳們的一切不便, 十分抱歉.

Try this......
1. I wish your company could settle the balance of the sum today, as production has been completed and we are paying for the storage of merchandise on daily basis.
2. I wish you could settle the deposit as soon as possible or we'll have difficulties acquiring raw materials. Thank you for your attention.
3. The documents you required are now ready. I would appreciate it if you could settle the charges when possible.
4. The date of production may have to be delayed if we cannot get payment by today. I hope you understand our diffiiculties.
5. Due to the tight production schedule, the xx date may have to be delayed if we cannot get payment by today. We are sorry if that has caused any difficulties on your part.
