Support you are the hong kong regional managing of an international investment bank. After the annual review of the turnover of 2007, your boss, Mr Glenn Johnson, has requested you to briefly explain why the turnover in hong kong has gone up so rapidly.

RE:Turmover rate in HK
During the annual r eview of 2007, you asked me to research for the reasons for the high turnover rate of workers. Information shows this high rate was because of (1)Higher salary being offered in HK market. Our company's package was not as competitive as the ones offered outside. (2) HK young graduates tended to change careers and jobs by going back to school.
Thus, these two factors indicate that our company should attract workers by improving out packages and carreer development program.
