I've never met him before. 對不對?

如我要說: 我從沒見過他.
應是: I've never MET him before.
還是: I never MEET him before.
Thank you.
更新1:

Indeed, I wanted to know whether should use MET or MEET (passed or present tense?) for the captioned sentence. Anyway, thanks for the answers.

✔ 最佳答案
I've never MET him before. (correct)
= I never MET him before. (口語省掉 have; 用 past participle ' MET ' )
I never MEET him before. (incorrect with the adverb ' before ' )
never MEET 本身冇錯,但用現在式 ' MEET ' 是表示將來永不會 ( = will never MEET)
所以要搭配將來意思的副詞;如 ' I (will) never MEET him again. '

' I (will) never MEET him again. '
我以後不會見他。

我以後不會再見到他。
(這樣譯比較好些。)

Hopefully I may help you (:

For me, I think I would prefer the first sentence.
Since I focus on 'before', it should be expressed as a period of time. Meanwhile, "I've never met him before." would be the best answer for you inquiry.

No doubt the second sentence is correct on grammar. But the meanings of these two sentences are a bit different.

第1句正確啊..present perfect tense..
由從前已發生..可能已結束..
又或者而家仲進行緊..什至將來都會..
對而家有影響..

而第2句..用呢個grammar 唔係唔岩..
不過句字末加brfore有前後矛盾之嫌..

I've never met him before.才是對的。
應該要用present prefect tense.因為你是以前到現在ma...

In grammaticl, two sentenses are correct. But in ideal, the first sentense represents until now, I have not met him but you may meet him now. The second sentense represents I did not meet him in the past but you may also meet him now.

I've never met him before. 正確

I never meet him before. 都係正確

但係呢款比較少用,因為佢地話「唔識呢個人」,而之後都係會唔識。由於 have ..... 有延續落去ge意思,所以多數會用上面果款。
