i think one thing I like to share with you is that......even though you are carrying a new life in your womb, you mustn't forget to 'not overly concerned' about the wellbeing of the baby. if you do it too much, it becomes obsessive. and very often you will find your lifestyle very restricted, and hard to get by. The stress that caused you, can also damage the little one.
So my advice is just relax, photocopying from time to time, won't do any significant damage to your child if you relax, but worrying about in a negative and stressful way will.
