When i put a CD to the computer...then thge computer will say insert a CD...
but i already insert a disk...
why?
what can i do to solve this problem?

依個問題好可能係CD ROM laser頭老化讀唔碟,或係妳隻CD花咗妳睇下有冇兄,再睇吓隻CD係咪CDRW有D機認唔到

First, you try to insert another cd, if the error message also occur. it may be your computer cd rom driver broken down. if not, your cd have problem.
Second, you try to insert a winxp cd, then reboot the computer, set boot from cd rom, if the computer can't boot from cd rom . it may be your computer cd rom driver broken down. if not, it can boot, so may be your WINDOWS have problem to lock the CD ROM.
