use hammer or fist alone, it will leave a mark on the body surface.
but use a phone book---- not the super size thickest one. the force not concentrated in one point but turned to an impact in the size of the phone book.
it will leave a light red mark on the body but it looked so large then become differcult to tell it is body skin color or by beating.

for example, you throw a man to the wall or hit him with a broad, you can make him internal injury but outside, just look like a light demage.

以前就有，現在因為有了攝錄機，將犯人錄影，要做手腳並不容易。
正確來說是將錘仔之打擊力(能量)分散，所以沒有看得見之傷痕，但其震盪力一樣會傳入體內。其實避彈衣亦會有電話簿之功能，能分散子彈能量。而再加上物料較輭，更可吸收震盪力。但還是會有相當強之破壞力傳入身體，所以有時穿著避彈衣，都會被射暈，因為子彈之剩餘能量一樣會傳到穿著者體內。而電話簿因質地較硬，未能有效吸收震盪力，所以就會比較傷。
震盪力如果損壞體內器官，才有可能驗到，否則很難知道。但就算驗到有體內器官損害，亦不代表是被警察弄成。
