這篇是bio新聞 感想 要150宇到 (我自己寫去到6十幾字就唔知點寫 希望有人 可以幫下我





The lastest resarch discoveried the children who was fat could not loses their weight by doing exercise . How can they loses their wight ?
The discovery told us that we can lose our weight by having a healthier diet. To reduce the number of child who have obese disease ,the researchers thought we should focus a healthy diet and ways to shut down calorie ingestion , not force children to do much exercise and attends different games.
The researchers contact 300 children for the research. The research found that children who are fat are activities affact our weight , not weight influence our activities.They believed that the problem of obese disease do not affect by doing exercise. Although children do many exercise,they still fat.It is due to they run frequently out of breath.Therefore hate exercising compared to the children who are much thin. As a result.the research told us that we should control calorie ingestion to prevent obese.

According to the research, children should control calorie ingestion to prevent obese and it also claimed that the problem of obese disease do not affect by doing exercise. Yet I agree that to control calorie ingestion by having a healthier diet is the most effective way to lose our weight. However, I believe that to do appropriate exercise can make our body healthier. Weight losing is just one part, we need to maintain ourself in good health conditions by doing exercises.

Especially, for the children, they do need regular exercises to help them strengthen their muscles; speed up the growth of their body, and last but not least train up their internal organs, like heart and lungs.

All of all, to have a healthier diet and do exercises regular are equally important to prevent children from obese.

According to the latest research, scientists discovered that obese children could not lose weight by excercising alone. Scientists and found that a healthy dietcan lead to steady weight loss. By focusing on a healthy diet, this allows children to lose weight and become more active in life.

To prove their theory, these scientists contacted 300 obese children. Through these children, they have found that instead of their weight affecting their activities, their activities actually affected their weight.

Although many obese children do excercise, they often don't lose as much weight because they run out of breath in a short amount of time. This causes them to hate excercise because they cannot keep up with someone else who leads a healthy active life. As a result, these researchers conclude that by simply controlling calorie ingestion, you can prevent obesity.
