From Gare du Nord to Champs Elysees (near Avenue George V), you can take metro line 4 to Chatelet, than change line 1 to Franklin D. Roosevelt or George V. The total journey time (including changing), it will be around 35 - 40 minutes.
Do you mean that if you have to arrive Heathrow at 18:30, at what time you have to leave Paris?
From London City centre to Heathrow, it will be around 1 hour 30 mins, the Eurostar journey will be 3 hours, then Paris hotel to Gare du Nord will be 1 hours as well. You need to include also some time spending in customs and immigration... So totally you need to plan for 6 - 7 hour from your hotel in Paris to Heathrow.
That means you have to leave hotel not later than 12pm in Paris, taking Eurostar departing around 2pm, arrive London centre at 4pm, then travelling to the airport. it will be enough. But of course, it will be much better if you can leave earlier, much safer
