Too much program open when I start the comptuer

MSN, Chinese writing software, get flash will automatically open when I start the computer. It takes nearly 5 mins to finish running these program. How can I disable it and open it by myself when needed?

You can use msconfig to help :In Window :
執行 -> 鍵入msconfig
In msconfig, there is a field called Startup, showing all programs running at starting Window. You can untick the one that you do not want.
