不可以當蕃薯出了芽吃 因為是代表蕃薯已變壞

紅蕃薯出左d紫色既牙, you can not eat this sweet potato, you will get food poision. 出牙即係 the sweet potato will grow new shoots, with leaves and root. If you planted it into soil, it will grow.
