Maybe baby einstein. But babies really shouldnt watch tv anyway. When they get older.
Mainly the one where you are the star, and all you do is sing and talk to her/him. Pop a nipple in their mouth from time to time and change the their diaper too. I think it's called, "Mother is God in the Eyes of a Child...show"
Or you can turn on Noggin, it's a 24hr pre-school TV network. It's really good.

Babies shouldn't watch TV, they should be taught words and stuff by their own parents, or be asleep.
