D definitely is not the answer.
Option A:
Bauxite is the main ore of aluminium with mostly aluminium oxide, Al2O3.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bauxite
Option B:
Galena is the main ore of lead. It is mostly lead (II) sulphide ( PbS ).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galena
Option C:
Malachite is the main ore of copper.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malachite
Option D:
Haematite is the main ore of iron. It is mostly iron (III) oxide ( Fe2O3 ).
Hence the answer should be B.

In fact, it is not possible to tell the answer from the periodic table because these are the common names of the minerals of metal ores. It is really by knowledge. Just like calcium oxide, it has another name, quicklime and calcium hydroxide with another name slaked lime.
