整曲奇的困難

我嘗試過做幾次曲奇, 但次次都會一放入個焗爐到,D麵糊就溶, "CHI"埋哂, 同埋D曲奇一D都唔脆, 我係用低筋粉; 會唔會係我見D人話要把牛油同糖打至淺黃色,但我打咗成10-15分鐘,都未變淺黃色,同埋都唔會有好CREAMY的效果, 我係用電動MIXER打GA。係未打得唔夠耐呢????

請教教我啦!! THX

唧曲奇時, 每個之間應該要留空位比佢地發大, 如果唔係一定會黏住. 而牛油可先溶解再加入砂糖打, 咁樣會容易啲打勻及變白. 下面條link有圖片示範個顏色同質地. 雖然唔係曲奇但都可以參考吓:

你是要用長方形的牛油,不要用膠盒裝的植物牛油。打牛油前要室温解凍至軟,我也是用機打的。

還有焗前要pre heat 焗爐

Try to follow these step to bake:

1. 1 1/2 all purpose flour
2. 1/2 tsp baking power
3. 1/2 tsp coarse salt
4. 3 large egg
5. 1 1/4 cups sugar

a) preheat oven to 350F.Sift together flour,baking power,and salt into a bowl.

b) put eggs in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix on medium speed until eggs are fluufy, about 3 mins.
Geadually beat in sugar until incorporated,about 3
mins. Reduce speed to low;mix in flour mixture. one by one tsp transfer to
baking sheet. Give them a space between the cookie.

c.)Bake cookies, rotating sheet halfway through until top crack and cookies
are very pale, 8 to 9 mins.Transfer to wire rack let cool completely.If you
like chocolat.You can add chocolate chip into the cookies bafore you bake.

REMEMBER ADD THE EGGS ON.
