Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to show my appreciation for XXX who is a delivery person of your company.
When XXX came to our office on last Monday early in the morning to collect an airgo cargo box, he noticed that our receptionst YYY was not feeling well and suddenly she fainted. While there was no other one in the office, XXX carried her down to the ground floor and escorted her to the nearby hospital.
Her life was saved by XXX as later she was found in a very critical condition and also required an urgent operation.
One behalf of YYY and all our staff, may I express our heartful respect to XXX for his very kind assistance.

IXXX is always punctual and sometimes has to wait at the door for our staff who may come to office a few minutes late in the morning. On 1/6/08, he came and was supposed to pick up an air parcel. However, our staff forgot to attach the export license.

It was XXX who had reminded us of the missing document and we still got enough time to apply for it that morning. Finally the air parcel could be delivered to the post office without delay.
