my toe was dislocated temorarily yesterday on the left side for about a minute. it felt fine after but later in the evening i started feeling extreme pain in my mid-back. i then felt extreme pain in my neck as well. it feels like the muscles are on very tense but i cant control it. could this also be because i took a high dose of concerta? i looked online for a while to see if there was any side effects of muscle pain but there wasn't. i also hit my head lightly. it also feels like my left arm is going a little numb. im getting really scared please help!!

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Go to the emergency room if you have to. From a description of your symptoms, you may have injured your spine. You can have anything from a pinched nerve from a slipped disc to a cracked vertebrae. You don't have to fall hard to come to this, especially if you have osteoporosis. Your neck and back pain have nothing to do with your dislocated toe which is the least of your problem.
