The flowers represent the girlish me are poppy, snapdragon and calla lily.
The flowers represent the boylish me are blue and purple roses and hydrangea.

改左開頭少少意思,咁會通順同清楚d,唔好介意...=]

如果是前者的話,那用for
後的話,那用on

主要是第 4句和第 5句不需要 "the ...... me"，這樣看上去和讀下去也不會顯得過於重複。

The flowers represent the girlish me are poppy, snapdragon and calla lily.
The flowers represent the boylish me are blue and purple roses and hydrangea.
"year-old" 的 year 因為有連接號，所以就算是眾數也千萬不要加 "s"。
