如果你的"咭"是要放一放入打咭機裡打印那一種, 可以講
I forgot to have my attendance card punched when I left after work.
I forgot to have my attendance card punched when I got off from work.
如果你的咭是輕觸式那一種
I forgot to have my attendance card scanned when I got off from work.
