1) slice lemon
2) prepare a deep baking tray, put a layer of sugar on the tray 3mm inthickness.
3) put on the lemon slices on the sugar.
4) cover another layer of sugar on the lemon, wrap the tray with aluminium foil.
5) bake at 180C for 1hr.
6) remove from oven, allow to cool, and put the sugar-lemon slices on the silicone mat(sil-pad). Of course, drain out the syrup b4 arrange on the sil-pad.
7) bake at 100C until the lemon slices becomes dry.
